While working under Phi might seem like it’d be hell on earth, it’s actually a lot more relaxed than you’d realize. This is mostly due to him not trusting anyone else to do anything important and as such practically takes on all the work needed from the sector. Some might even say it’s actually quite boring, as any official work his Vassals may be tasked with outside of missions is mostly just running basic errands or simple menial tasks he has no time to deal with. As such, you’re stuck with plenty of free time to do whatever you please around the Agency.

 

Though it may be rarely seen, Phi does have some sliver of trust and respect for most of his Vassals. It just takes him a while to actually show any sort of emotions besides his classic quiet rage or annoyance to new people.
