Vassals who fall under The Fool find themselves having advanced insight or control into emotions and the mind. From being able to put suggestions into other's heads, to seeing through facades and perfectly deducing truth from lies, these title-bearers usually may seem forgetful, naive, and unassuming; however, they are far more than what they project outwards to others.

Commonly those with the Fool Arcana don't realize they have been affected by the rift right when it happens; they show no physical changes leading to them going days, weeks, months, perhaps even years before discovering that they have become warped. Since their powers are so deeply ingrained within human interaction, they might even be using it without knowing.

Those whose Titles fall under The Magician find themselves with the more flashy of the abilities, from conjuring up illusions to being able to completely change their appearance. It’s so much more than card tricks and pulling ribbon out your mouth. Tricky and deceitful, historically The Magician and their Vassals weren’t always under the best light and have come close to extinction several times.

Those affected by the Rift are few and far between but some are quite obviously Warped (those being the criminals that choose to use these abilities), although the physical appearance isn’t usually outwardly affected much beyond an unnatural shift in eye or hair color.

Those that are academically inclined and in pursuit of knowledge are best under The High Priestess. Known for their knowledge and information based abilities, Vassals of the Priestess are vastly intelligent people- which comes with a price. Where they excel in intelligence, they begin to lose in emotional capacity, shutting themselves off from others and isolating into their own little worlds.

The physical changes to Priestess Vassals are subtle, mainly focused within the eyes. Oddly enough a trait that has commonly developed within most is poor eyesight, leading to them having to wear some sort of glasses or contacts. A change in eye color isn’t uncommon either, especially a shift to unnatural colors or forms of heterochromia.

The door to your heart is open to those who fall under The Empress. Being natural healers of the body, heart, and mind, Vassals of The Empress tend to hold powers for mending and betterment. Much like clerics, these titles sometimes are able to cure wounds or ills, while others may be more in tune with the mental or emotional health of others. Some even possess the power to see the bonds between others and help them manifest in the real world in various ways. The strings of fate tie us all together, The Empress and their vassals know this better than anyone.

Those that are Warped don’t usually outwardly show it, but they are known for having a sweeter and friendlier disposition, but also have a nosy and meddling personality- although they can’t help it! The Empress is traditionally associated with maternal influence and this is reflected within all of their Vassals.

The Hierophant and their Vassals are quiet and mystical people; they’re well familiar with their prophetic and spiritual abilities. So familiar in fact, that they very easily can begin to lose touch with reality and the physical world around them, leading to degradation of the senses or worse. Many find themselves being the mediators between conflicts due to their wise and calm nature, though not to say they can’t be a bit volatile at times either.
 

These Warped commonly show traits that most would refer to as being angelic: halos, feathered wings, multiple eyes, etc.

Vassals who fall under The Chariot are well known for being just and valiant, although there is room for a difference in that regard. The Warped Vassals of The Chariot are well known for their physical strength enhancements, whatever it may be. However, with this strength comes the threat of volatile behavior and a "mightier than thou" attitude. How did that quote go again? "With great power comes great responsibility," rings true for The Chariot and their Vassals.

It’s pretty easy to guess what kind of physical changes usually happen to Chariot Vassals, increase in muscle mass, height, etc. Though not all Warped under this Arcana look like bodybuilders of course, some might be more honed and agile, while others perhaps have much clearer and brighter eyes. The traits vary from ability to ability, and can range from least noticeable to most noticeable- it truly all depends on how the ability applies itself.

The Vassals of Death aren’t as dark and brooding as one might think, but rather known to be simple-minded and down to Earth, as beasts tend to be. They’re well associated with the ability to transform into animals and beasts or understand animal speech. However, they run the risk of losing their humanity and can fall prey to instinct

Warped Vassals under Death appear to have animalistic behaviors and characteristics, be it ears, tails, or perhaps even a fully anthropomorphic appearance.

Vassals under The Devil hold the abilities of blood magic and necromancy, though of course their power has a catch 22 that often goes left unsaid; things that come back, are never the same as they were before. A cautionary tale that black magic is something dangerous. As is common among them, though, they have a more loose outlook on life; a life free of responsibility and removal of inhibition.

Those affected by the rift are obvious, as they're shown to exhibit mostly demonic and devilish traits (i.e. horns, arrow tipped tails, claws, etc.).

The Star, The Moon, and The Sun constitute The World or colloquially, The Holy Trinity. Vassals that are better suited to the manipulation of the Earth's elements are best under this Arcana. These Warped can be quite varied in both ability and dispositions due to how wide this Arcana spans. It’s not uncommon for them to have personalities similar to the element they’re attuned to, though it’s not a requirement.

Coming in second after those under the Death Arcana, Trinity Vassals are quite easy to identify just by looks alone. They’re usually found to have odd tattoo-like marks along their skin when first affected by the Rift. After prolonged use of their abilities though, the elements they control effectively become them and entire body parts could feasibly be replaced.

Barely anything is known about the wheel as an arcana, mainly due to the fact that the only known user has kept themselves hidden away in an office for as long as they've been Warped.

The only documented change so far known is a corruption of the voice, making it sound as if multiple people are speaking in unison, as well as a rumor of additional limbs.
